Private OT Assessment for Adult ABI

I know this is a paediatric group but I am looking for an OT to do a home assessment for an adult client with an ABI post MVA, in Red Deer, and to support his integration into the community and living independently by utilizing a Rehab Assistant or Personal Support Worker.
